Update - This is still an outstanding issue, but we now have a temporary workaround. For iPhone and iPad users update the URL to https://planotours.planomatic.com/tour/:id"; where ":id" is the tour id. The tour ID can be found in your browser and is the last six digits of the URL for the tour.

Update - This update is specific to the virtual tour portion of this issue. Virtual tours are now visible on IE 10 and above. Tours are still not loading on IE 9 or below.

Monitoring - We have identified and fixed an issue with large photo downloads. If you do experience an issue with large photos not downloading, a simple fix while we are monitoring this is to make a small change, like switching the order of two photos, let it save and the download will work.
